For hospices seeking to remain at the forefront of the industry, a TNMHPO Licensed Provider membership is tailored to your specific needs. With dues calculated based on patient revenue, our membership ensures you stay connected and up-to-date in the dynamic world of hospice care. Each Provider member shall have one (1) vote.

To qualify to apply for status as a Provider Member, an applying agency must be an agency licensed or certified as a hospice in Texas or other member state if such licensing or certification is required and/or available.

Consider adding on our Education Subscription for a flat annual rate. This provides access to 100+ CEU-approved online courses for all hospice specific disciplines for your entire staff.

  • Membership dues are calculated by multiplying the total patient revenue for the past 12 months by .0007.
  • Each site with a different Medicare provider number should also make application for membership.
  • All sites paying dues will be entitled to a listing in the Membership Directory, all organizational mailings, and the member discount for all educational offerings, member education freebies throughout the year, hospice job posting site, members only website.
  • Corporations—3 largest locations pay actual dues up to $5,000 cap for each and all other locations pay minimum dues of $500 with an overall cap of $15,000.
  • Out of State Hospices Agencies (not TX or NM) that wish to be members can join for $500.
  • The optional education subscription may only be used by staff of the joining agency, not to train partners, affiliates or sister organization staff. We reserve the right to limit users if we feel the system is being misused.

Education Subscription

The TNMHPO Education Subscription is for agencies who wish to provide on-demand education for the entire staff. This subscription is an add-on to a TNMHPO membership and can’t be purchased separately.

A TNMHPO Membership Plus Education Subscription gives members of the Texas New Mexico Hospice & Palliative Care Organization unlimited access to all archived online education for the entire year.  You can provide training to your current staff and utilize these educational opportunities for new employee orientation.  There are courses for every discipline on your hospice team and continuing education units and proof of attendance for Administrators, Nurses, Social Workers, and LPCs.

The optional education subscription may only be used by staff of the joining hospice agency, not to train partners, affiliates or sister organization staff. If your hospice is part of a home health, then the home health division will need to pay its own dues and education. 

TNMHPO reserves the right to limit users if we feel the system is being misused.

The TNMHPO Education Subscription is 10% of your annual membership dues plus $650.
