RN CASE MANAGER:

We are in the start-up phase in Las Cruces NM and are currently looking to hire an RN for case management / home visits. The main stipulation is that we need an RN fluent in Spanish, as that encompasses a large part of our patient population. Other than that, it's the basic RN position in visiting patients in their homes, monitoring vitals and assessing pain, working with family and caregivers.

HospiceMidland is GROWING and looking for Registered Nurses in the following positions.
Case Manager plans and coordinates services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Weekend On-Call Nurse assumes primary responsibility for HospiceMidland total care for weekends, with on-call duty from 5 PM Friday through 8:30 AM Monday. 

Performance Improvement Coordinator has accountability for the monitoring, implementation and evaluation of processes and programs to meet regulatory, accreditation, compliance, quality improvement and standards of practice.
